Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters including but not limited to corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and compliance issues. • Prepare, negotiate, and review company contracts, requests for proposals, and other legal documents. • Develop company policy and position on legal issues. • Represent the company in legal proceedings. • Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues. • Provide training to the company on legal topics.
